question about the downloadable tags

ok i downloaded some tags for halo ce.. well it tells me in the read me to add them in halo ce/tags/vehicles well theres a problem there is no tag folder. am i doing somthing wrong?im trying to put the hovertank in here it is http://halomaps.org/index.cfm?pg=3&fid=1268 if somone could make me a tutorial that would be awsome thanks

already tried that i was reading about some people using sapein or gorrila will that work? ive also tried rebuilding the map with em and that didnt work to well i kinda forgot how to rebuild maps

Install the HEK.

Honestly, how can you even think about modding without the HEK?

god im stupid i completely forgot about that. ok next question. how do i put them in the map? when i open up hmt will the tags be there or what do i do?
