Flight path

How do you set the flight path for 343 gulity spark? He spawns in beaver creek just fine but he doesn't move around. Also how do you open halo PC SP maps in sapian, because i extracted all the tags with hek+ but when i open the snario file it just loads for a long time then shuts off.
