problem with tool... please help!

problem with tool... please help!
i think my copy of tool has a bug in it... whenever i load it, and try to type anything in it, it doesnt do anything... it acts like im not even doing anything

with command prompt you must navigate to the CE root directory.
Open the command prompt and type the following command in (without quotes)
"CD C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition"
That redirects your directory to the custom edition folder. Just type the command "Tool" and its initiated. Not even sure IF you HAVE to type "tool" but it just lets you know its working.
