in the tutorial of HEK on installation, its says to paste Blitzkrieg.dle or something into the 3ds max plug-in directory.do you need 3ds max to use HEK?pleasse help!

Yes you need either 3ds max or Gmax.3ds max costs money they is howeveer a 30-day trial avaiable.Gmax is free on the other hand.
