tool.exe help

when I try to run tool.exe in command prompt it sais that its not a valin win32 application and I want to know how to make it work
edit: oh and how do i make it so the command prompt is in the custom edition folder?

copy and paste the file called cmd.exe (its the german file, dunno its english name) into ur folder. U will find the cmd.exe in ur Windows\system32 folder
