Is it possible to put a Halo Regular map im haloCE

is it possible to make a halo PC modded map,no tree\rock map,or with new vehicles and more....I need to know this cuase im a pretty good moder even tho tanner teches this all to me....I want my modded map in halo CE even tho its pc ok??? there u go now answer me.....
