Why did you delete tool.exe...........................................................

Just go into the recycling bin and right click tool.exe and say "restore".
Don't you know that?

2. I dont use my recycle bin.

it just get deleted. recycling bin uses to much space when its full and i can never figure out where all of my space went

I guess hes using [shift]+ delete
That skips the bin.
