No textures in Sapien

Ok, when I open my splinter.scenario I made, it loads and everything but after I do the radiosity stuff the map loads but with no textures it's just gray and it already says 0 for all the numbers at the top and when I go to save the radiosity it just quits out... Someone please post I am sitting here waiting for posts I've tried everything...
