HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hi,
I am wokring on my first HaloCE map and I open up comand promt and type "tool" and nothing happens I watched a tutorial that showed you typed "tool" and options coming up. I never got an further becuase nothign wokred. I read the tutorials in the tutorials section on the home page i think it was step 6 or something. Can someone help!?

your comand promt must be in the proper directery, either type CD C:/tool location, or put your comand prompt inside the tool directery.
