Tool.exe ERROR EDGE help!!!

For the love of god please help me, Ive tried google and gearbox. My problem is that when i try to comple my map in TOOL.EXE i keep getting:
### ERROR edge #456 is open
I get that liek 5 times. Can some one please walk me though on how to fix this because ive restarted this map 4 times!
