fixing open edges that don't exist???

me and katarn are trying to throw together a small map to beta test it. the thing is, i made a structure which has 0 errors on stl check. when it's put through tool, it says there are open edges... but we can't seem to find them...
can anyone help us out? any help is appreciated. thanks.

Also, the .wrl file is just gibberish.

Well, I would start deleting the faces around the oden edges.. Also think of slapping a STL check modifier on your mesh to see if it's a tool error or maybe actually an open edge in 3ds. Good luck.

You can't delete faces around open edges when you don't know where theopen edges are. Also, They said they already did an STL check. Result was zero errors. Tool is recognizing something that 3ds max is not.
