Error with tool.exe

It says toolbeta.map could not be found, for half a second shows all this other garbage and then closes, help?

It is supposed to say that. What are you trying to do, and how did you do it?

No; tool.exe closes like 1 second later.

did you open it in windows or browse to it in cmd?
