Yep, I had the same problem.
I am sorry to inform you that your video card is not meeting the standards that sapien requires in order to function properly. You will need to buy a new one for sapien, if you would like to see textures in-game. The good news is, it is not too expensive to get one that will meet your needs. I got one for about $70 on
newegg, and it more than meets my standards. I can play halo on full settings and use sapien. Sometimes, professional 3D Modelers will spend upwards of $3000 for a videocard. Yeah, it seems like a lot, but it makes a huge difference.
Well, I would advise you to get the best one you possibly can for the money. PM me if you need any more information.

Well WAVY don't make conclusions before asking questions, are you using gmax?,becuase when i used gmax the chimp plugin messed up all of the textures and made them look white, when I used 3dsmax it looked better, even if my graphics reallly suck.

He said he saw the textures in game. He did everything right, sapien just doesn't recognize it.

Actually the grey textures in Sapien are most likely caused by not setting up your shaders and referencing them to the correct bitmaps. The invisible BSP in-game is caused by not having a valid radiosity bitmap referenced in the BSP tag.
(Sorry if I've resurrected a dead topic, but I've been asked this question by several people only this week)

Yes, it is either what he said or your video card.

Generally in Spaien textures become multicolouored, in shades of red and orange when your card isn't up to scratch. Also, the invisible BSP is definately not your card.
