Well, in Max, open your object up. Add a tiny sphere to where you want the light to be. Name the sphere "#light" without the quotes.

Export, compile, etc.

Now, create your scenery file (or whatever it is).
Set it up and all.
Now, under where it says "Attachments," click Add. Change the type to light, and where it says "Marker Name," type in "light" without the quotes. Select your .light file. Tada!

SunnySharma:

Where did you learn all of this? You seem to know the answers to just about everything. Did you get it just from listening to the forums or what?

I learned the whole thing by exploring the HEK.

For water, create a material called water!
If you want fog under the water, make it water$ instead, and add the fog in Sapien.

For glass, just give it a double-sided material name, and a transparent material name (located in the material overviews section of the HEK tutorial, on how to add those things to it).
