tool is being stupid- or i am

when i go to tool and run bitmaps, model or anything useful to me now besides structure (which doesnt work neway cause i cant run bitmaps) it either does nothing and just writes cannot read toolbeta.map or says usage: tool verb <options> : "model source-directory" and no im not mispelling something in the directory

cannot read toolbeta.map is supposed to be there. It is just somethign tool shows. Don't worry about it.

i know that, but thats all its doing... then just stops doesnt write anything else

I just rebuilt my map and it worked the next time

well im not gonna rebuild my gun.... took me a while and there is no problem with waiting cause im using tool++ so it tells me tool command completed
