Problem With Tool!

ok, when i open up command prompt to try to get to tool.exe it doesnt start out with just C:\\ but it goes to my documents and settings, i cannot change this to get to my Halo Ce directory, help would be appreciated

You can do two (well more, but two easy ones) things for this, one open up explorer, brows to your halo ce directory, select the address at the top of the window and copy it. Next open command prompt type in "cd" then hit space then right click in the window and press "paste" hit enter and you should be in your CE rood directory.
OR my favorite is to go into your system32 directory, and copy the program "cmd.exe" in to your CE root dir and the right click on it and press "create shortcut", you should see a icon on your desktop that says "shortcut to cmd" or something like that, just double click it and there you go, no more wasting your time typing all of that crap
