HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I don't know any of this fancy lingo tell me plain and simple how to put mods on to my halo CE and how to change the needlers color one more thing my tool does not work it says

Problem is, it's NOT plain in simple, so your request is quite hard to answer.

I know i mean tell me in the easiest way posible on how to do it if you say compile your bitmaps tell me wat that means is that more specific

The only way to get "mods" into CE is via maps... You can either download them here at halomods, or you can make your own, use the tuts: HERE
