Creating animated scenery collision

i was reading the animate scnerey tut on the tut section on front page (not files.halomods) And i dont know how to make it cuz he says "So far so good... now that we have our animation, we need to give it a collision, we do this bynow it is time to export and compile"
and i dont think its supposed to be like this, could someone help me, im hangin on a thread
