Prob with Collision Model

I'm not sure if this is neccesarily the right forum for this but I'll put it in here becaue it's probably the the HEK tools that are screwing this up,
This is really starting to piss me off, I've been making some scenery and I made a simple base and a simple garage for two warthogs and for some reason when I put it in-game from some angles (im fact most angles) you can't see it and the collision model doesn't exist, I don't know why it's doing this, I also made a little Crate and the texture and collision model work fine for it,
does anybody know why this could be happening, I thought it might have something to do with the fact that I used Boolean on the models (I used it on the base & garage but not the crate) but today I tested it by making the collision model a box and it still was all screwed up.

Same thing with me, my gaint fan base in grasslands didn't work.
But I think it the size (poly or just regular size)

Maybe, but I highly dought that it is the poly count because the garage had less that 40 polygons, but it might be the regular size because it was pretty big.
