Sapien not Opening .scenario files.

I didn't really know where to put this, or what is causeing the problem, but I figured it had something to do with the scenario tags, so I put it here. The problem is that I open sapien to edit my existing scenario file, but sapien simply closes after I just open it. It probably lasts five seconds. So can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
P.S: Sorry for the spelling, I'm in a hurry.

try opening it again, after it crashes/just closes straight away, go to your Halo Custom Edition folder and open debug.txt, copy like the last 10 (ish) lines of text in there and post them, and someone (or myself) can help figure out the real problem.

Well I can tell what the problem is now, but I don't know where to get the original tags.

ok blackdeath sounds like u should look in ur tags folder for those bitmap tags that its looking for. sometimes if you insert something into a map thru sapien, then delete the tag it was using, it wont open up again till it finds the tags it wants. try opening the scenario tag in guerrilla to get rid of the scenery object or w/e that needs those bitmap tags if im correct about the problem being that it cant find those tags

All you have to do is change your color quality to 32 bit. To do that right click on the desktop and click on properties and then go under on of the tabs till u see color quality......

this means you are trying to open the tag from a directory that is not within your Halo Custom Edition\tags folder

You guys are missing those files. Reinstall the HEK? Backup your files? Then reinstall?
