error in tool

when I make my bitmap it says "skipping bitmap with non-power-of-two diemensions" please help! And the ground wont apppear in sapien.

Resize the bitmap to a power of 2 size, e.g. 256x256 or 512x512 or 512x256 etc.etc.

in w/e program you made the .tif in.

Was it formerly a different image format. Because sometimes when you convert JPEGs to TIFFs they dont compile. At least with the ones I tried with didn't.
