ok... Problem number 3

I finished the map, everything seemed ok, until i try to play it... i start the game, and im upside down, with my head half stuck underground. i cant move or anything, it just says 'waiting for space to clear'. could it be my character starting points? a gueruilla thing? anyway, i dont have health+shields bar either, or weapon info (ammo)... or any weapon, i think...

So, any ideas?

riight - thats an odd one...

try deleting the spawn from where you are upside down, and make plenty more.

(did you remember to set the player tem index on the spawns? )

seems logical... gimme a sec to try and sort it.... plus i have to find which spawn point it was... i'll have to go round looking at my map upside down to recognise it.

Edit: Ok, i tried that, still nothing. I noticed that the vehicles are upsidedown too .... should i just give up or what?

3rd time changing stuff and still no fix. I noticed that when i restart, the vehicles appear (upside down - they arent there to begin with).

BREAKTHROUGH! Its not upside down, everything is fine, however, im half underground, and i cant see the floor (because im looking up at the level from below), and what i thought was the ground, is actually part of the cliff hanging off the edge, so im kinda just off+below the level. Ive located it (im sitting there in sapien), but i cant see what would make me be there

Edit: new error is occuring when i rewrite the sapien file through tool (scinario to .map)

still not worked it out, and ive spent a good few hours on it anyone whos experienced please suggest something.

you did the command
tool build-cache-file levels\******\******

****** representing your map name.

I would say try deleting all the spawn points and remaking them (just a few --liek 4 for each team--)

also, did you set it so the spawn points worked for All games, or soemthing?

Well, my first map completed ...even though its splinter, and everyone has probably done it, im proud anyway!

Now i move on to greater things... Like the sience coursework i was meant to be doing today and is due tomorrow

also one other note u were in that cliff because that is where co-ordinates 0:0 are on ur map.
