Files is missing!

I have install Halo CE but it's files missing (shaders/vsh.bin) Wat's next?

I test to copy my shaders/vsh.bin file from my Halo PC folder and then paste the shaders/vsh.bin file in my Halo CE folder. But it did not go so well. :(
