error 0x00000026 'Reached the end of the file." in Guer

Post by HarmlessGoat »

Hi,
I am following the tutorial with the Halo Editing Kit, and when I am supposed to load my level scenario, I get this error.

file_read('tags\levels\splinter2\wee.scenario_structure_bsp') error 0x00000026 'Reached the end of the file. '
couldn't read header from the scenario_structure_bsp tag 'levels\splinter2\wee' (tags\levels\splinter2\wee.scenario_structure_bsp)
couldn't open tag

I was wondering if this is a problem with Guerilla, or something stupid I did a while back while using tool, or creating the level. Any help would be appreciated.
-Thanks

Well, i foudn that the tutorial that came with HEK hard to understand (but i'm stupid anyhow)

I suggest using the video tutorials done by Kirk (spelling)

they can be located within the tutorial section on the main page (www.halomods.com)

there oyu see exactly what to do, and have a less chance of gettings errors (great way to learn the basics)

If you dont want to watch them, then i'm going to be mad at you because i have to go read the HEK tutorial and figure out what your doing wrong....*sigh*, i make life too complex for me
