when you coem to the first bridge instead of trying get down with the shades you can jump down to the bottem.
When you come to the first bridge go to the left shade, jump up on the rail and fall off onto that little piece of land on the side of the wall. Then following that strip of Little land is another one where you can jump to.
This is a hard part(i guess), Where you are standing below that is another piece of land But theres a slant on it . If you Land Correctly on it you should hit and take little damage and not slide off of the ledge. Then you follow the bigger strip till you are above the rocks.(this is how i do it so I dont know if its different).Walk off and slide along the wall and hit the rocks where you should take little or no damage. Then you can kill the marines or something..

But thats it!. Not really detailed but if i could record It i would. or if someone else could get a good video tutorial or something?

Double edges

I want to import bsp parts from sp maps and have them in my new map but there are lots of double edges, I haven't tried to compile them yet, but something tells me that they wont work right. so I was wondering if there is an easy way of taking care of double edges, I've already welded the vertexes but there are still places where there are two edges in one place, the weird thing is that if I only select one edge and move it both of them move so, is there like a weld edges button or am I doing something wrong when importing? I'm using gmax. any help would be nice
ps: I've searched and searched and all I find is the same question, but no answer.

opps forgot to say this, i'm useing sparkedit to export the bsp as a .obj file, and just taking the parts I want and deleting the rest. is this the best way to do it? or can another program do it better?

first edit:thank you so much for answering my question Patrickssj6, o wait you didn't.

second edit:and in your topic "Mask in Paintshop pro" you don't seem to know what the edit button does.

third edit:sorry just had to get that out of my system o and also it doesn't bump the topic if you edit. you could at least of said you didn't know the answer to my question

I found out it's gmax, it works just fine in 3DS max 6. no double edges.
