Ok so i ran radiosity and it seemed to be working fine, but then since it said all 0's (it does all the time) and i had waited 20 mins i thought it would be fine to save. But after i saved all i had was a white bsp. I was like ok..... and so i deleted all the files for my map and redid the process except this time i waited 30 mins and i got the same thing. i dunno whats wrong here cause i did a level before and it worked fine so......... i need help.

in max, in the material editor, do you have the little checkerbox selected so it says show in viewport or sumthing like that?

you can try it thru tool.exe:
tool.exe lightmaps levels\yourmap\yourmap yourmap 0 0.00001

you forgot the number before...
tool lightmaps levels\yourmap\yourmap yourmap 0 0.00001
The first seperate zero can be a 0 or 1...representing the radiosity_quality.
But it has always showed white for me no textures....in game it is normal though. Just guess where to put things.
[cry]Except mine just closes[/cry]
**EDIT UPDATE** Yay all fixed...depends on your video card i think

Is there a radiosity quality of 2 or 3 or 4?

that is a massive bump
5 months and one day ago was the last reply.
Meh, at least it wasn't pointless.
Radiosity of 0 means it is a test and runs the lighting etc quickly. It cannot be played in public.
Radiosity of 1 means it is a final and runs everythign very slowly, to make it perfect. It can be played in public.
