Tool Problem

I'm so close to finishing a weapon for the first time, and then my buddy tool has a problem. So here I am wondering why tool will do everything except make my collisioin geometry (sorry if this has already been posted. I looked, but didn't see anyting.) So, heres the error:

You have 2 bad points, probably due to scaling the object in vertex mode not object mode, mabey.

well best thing to do is import your .wrl file and see where the problem lies, but you may have to make a new cg model.

that's the problem...there was no .wrl file created...i guess i just have to make a new model...
