gmax files to halo map files HOW???

ive made a simple map but i want to know if theres a tool to covert it into a halo map file. Oh and im a noob at mapping

There is no way to directly convert it to a .map file without using HEK.
You will need the Chimp plugin for Gmax.But from what Ive heard this plugin is more trouble than its worth.Just get 3dsmax 6 TRIAL from

Thanks axem. I really appreciate your negative outlook on how well we admins/moderators are doing our job. I guess you're another one of those people that doesn't realize that we have lives and things to do outside of moderator this community.
