Stupid question, Where can i get these tools?????????? (tool.exe, sapien, guerilla.)

Yeah. Thzt is a pretty stupid wuestion. Since many peeople have had them for 2 months now. But go to cortana.org. that should help you.

they are all included in the HEK download. You must have HaloCE before you Install HEK though.

you download HEK, then install it and it automatically places Sapien, Guerilla, and Tool.exe into the HaloCE root directory.
