HELP PLZ with SAPIEN!!!!!!!

guys, i've got a prob...my sapien won't open. I click it=nothing happens, i reinstalled it, i ran it thru tool, i got another 1 form a frend====& the f 'n thing still doesn't work, can anybody-i mean anybody help me in any shape or form plz, plz, plz...

Is your video setting right?
The highest as they should?
And does your computer have enough processing memory?

OK. Here's what you do.

Boot up your computer. Close all startup programs, including the ones in your system tray. Open Sapien. Go watch a 30-minute TV show. Come back. Sapien just takes a long time to load, you're not letting it.
