were taking on burial mounds and need an idea

so i need .net frame work to use HEK? my comp crashed and lost it all
i dont know if i can run hek w/o it if u can get back to me on this it would help also we could use mabey 1 bitmapper and some peeps EG: 3
people who can use hek to mabey get it through there and or help me fig it out cause i know i can use SE and if Sapien is like SE or Guerila idk which one i can pwn the shit out of that but tool and the other one are not my stron suit so pleas get back to me

As far as I know .net framework is not needed. Sapien is like a more complicated SE. Follow the tutorials, play around with it. You'll get the hang of it. Frankly, I really don't think we need another mapping team, but that's just me.

well as of now we have smg modes that r almost perfect and well the map is progressing well and if we do a good job then mabey the modding teams will have some competition lol
