wierd new sapien problem

wierd new sapien problem

Out of the blue, when trying to open any scinareo file i get this error... anyone know how to fix it aside from re-installing CE & hek?

Make sure nothing is set to read-only. That's all I can think of now.

idk if that would be the problem, because i didnt change anything between uses
