Ok, I've edited simple warthog tags to customize the vehicle to play around for right now. I started HaloCE and started bloodgulch, and my vehicle wasn't the way i changed it too. I've read around and am really confused, so could someone help me out with importing my custom vehic tags into haloce. Thanks a bunch.

I believe that you have to create a brand new map and compile it in tool and sapien for your adjustments to take effect.
What i mean is that you cant edit existing maps with guerilla/tool/sapien, only new ones you've created.
python

umm, could you help a brother out and just give me the basics like, do i open the map in sapien, do something in tool, and then it works? I'm just sorta confused on what each program specializes in, and how to use them to load my custom tags into. Thanks again python.

you can't edit the existing levels without hex editing them since the original files don't come with the HEK. as far as i'm aware, sapien only opens *.scenario files so *.map files and replacing items on existing levels are either hard to do or out of the question.

as for creating your own levels, you have to read the tutorial files that came with the HEK (there should be a link in your start menu). there are also video tutorials that should help... http://www.halomods.com/index.php?topic=Tutorials

I think you should see HMB. It's on www.HMBweb.tk it's really cool.
