Is there a way to get passed tools errors and have it create the collision geometry anywayz. cause im getting really sick of fixing edges (the same ones) over and over again.

Nope!
You just have to import the wrl and fix the errors. And it may sound dumb but a lot of newbs don't get it: Deleting what you import from the wrl does not fix the error! The wrl is to show where the problem is.

yes there is... u give everything a +seamsealer material and that should work.

I've never heard of the seamsealer thing. But then you don't get textures.

but this is for collision geometry would that even matter?

I wasn't paying attention at all. I'm not sure if it would work as you have to apply a texture (+collision or something) to the model, don't you?

i dont know they tell you to put collision geometry for a texture but i could just make it multi-subobject and have two different textures. I dont know exactly so ill mess around with it.
