Wierd Open Edge error

Ok, Im making Red and Blue custom teleporters for each of the bases instead of using traditional green.
I made the faces. Made a sub-material and put the bitmap on it. I named the submaterial telered! Made the shader a .shader_transparent_chicago similar to the orginal teleporter but it has different animations. If its render only how come i still get an open edge error?
