how to change the homeing?

yea how do i change the homeing of a projectile?
i need to know so if anyone has worked it out that would help alot

I think its the Guided Angular Velocity under Physics in the projectile tag, but im not sure since i've never messed with it.

Rocket Launcher had 0
and needler has 100
