HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok, I'm new to makin maps, but i inserted the blitzkrieg.dlu into the plugins folder of GMax but when i load it it brings up an error. It says it can't load. Others have said that they used GMax to create levels but what am i doing wrong??
