HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I know this might be a noobie question. How do you create a waterfall in halo ce. My friend is trying to create a map in halo ce, I told him to post it but he can't seem to make an account. But anyways, How do you make a waterfall in halo ce? Any help would be great.
