HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

After trying everything i could find, i still cannot open sapien!
I run the exe, pick the tutorial.scenario file that i want to load that comes from the vid tutorials, and Sapien opens up, loads for a second, and then closes. I've tried to reinstall it, ive run it when it was the only thing running, no fix! I have a WinXP p4 2.6 w/ 800fsb, 1gb PC3200 DDR, Radeon 9800 Pro 128...its not my systems fault.

Yeah this happened to me. I was really desperate to fix it. I took off all my Halo CE files (Went to Add/Remove Programs and uninstalled Halo CE and HEK). Then I reinstalled it all. That worked for me.

P.S. Make sure your map has no errors and TOOL exports the map correctly. That could be a problem.

what service pack are you running?

i dont' know if this has anything to do with it, but, do any of ya'll have M$ Framework installed?

I have the Microsoft Framework installed, as with having the same problem with Sapien as everyone else. I don't know what would be causing it.

try adjusting ur video setting to 32-bit color thats how i got mine to work
