having a problem with sapien

when i try to open a scenario sapien starts up but all i see is a white screen. I opened up the tutorial scenario and i could hear the wind and the water but i could see nothing. I have updated my driver but i still can't see anything. What can i do to be able to see anything?

you have to run radiosity:
hit the ~ (tilda) key
type radiosity_quality 1
type radiosity_start
wait till numbers read 0 0 0
type radiosity_save

i tried that but i can not see any windows in sapien. the window is all white, but when i close sapien i see the windows for a second.

You didn'tlet Sapien fully load. It may take a loooooooooooong time (like go take a bath or somethin) for it to load, it uses 100 MB or Ram... try running radiosity in tool, it takes a lot less time. The link to tell you how to do that is somewhere on the frontpage, it's like wiki.fpsgamers.com

ok i let it run for 4 hours and still nothing. it is still the same though i noticed that on the bottom it says ready. i have enough ram to run it but it dosn't show any windows.

im guessing its just one of the windows taking up the whole space. try minimizing that window in sapien and you should be able to see the rest. or go to view and see what windows you have open

yea it is a window. i just unchecked the status bar and i could move it up and could see the windows. thank you for your help.
