In the command prompt type the following: (replace all yourmap's with the name of your map file)

tool build-cache-file levels\yourmap\yourmap

Then you just open up Halo Custom Edition and it should be in the map list. I hope that solves your problem.

Haha OK here I'll explain it better.

1. Open the Command Prompt (in Start-All Programs-Accessories on XP).
2. Type in cd and a space, followed by your Halo Custom Edition root directory (here is mine: cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition) and then hit enter.
3. Now you type in the following, replacing yourmap with the name of your map file: tool build-cache-file levels\yourmap\yourmap and hit enter.
4. Wait for it to go through its process, which should take less than a minute.
5. Open Halo Custom Edition.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the map list and find your map.

I think you can take it from here. Good luck. :D
