how do u input a weapon

look i am sort of new to this so be easy with me. i am not sure i am posting in the right section. i am hmt 3.5 and i want to input another vechile how do i do it. i have tried insert meta but i dont understand the the thing ur to do in the options thingy. can someone please help me. also is there a total toturial on hmt tell u what all the option do.
