I heard that HEK is a kit(obviously) of 3 programs; Sapien, Guerilla, and Tool, but I can only find two, Sapien and Guerilla, where's tool?

its in your halo folder...

its called tool.exe and has a cmd icon

its nothign really special, its got MS-Dos cmd prompt, and stuff, though an essential part of making maps
