Um i want to make a billboard in my custom map im making. With this custom image i made but when i try to compile it toghter i need some shader for the image how should i make the shader for this exacty.

Shouldn't you know if your making a map?
Instead of making a shader environment make a shader model.
Just choose your bitmap for the basemap and save it into the shaders folder instead of bitmaps.
Edit: And I forgot to say (I don't know if you need to) but next to the base map change all the scales to 1.
Sig over height, width, and file size limits.
