I downloaded HEK and missing files

I downloaded HEK and missing files

I don't have Tool, Guerilla, or Sapien. I've tried two different download locations, but I never get it. Help?

if you download the HEK... you have to install it... it installs (by default) to your Halo CE folder (C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo Custom Edition/)

Look in that folder after installing the HEK and the programs will be there
