Sapien opening problem

Hi, i've been trying out the tutorial for AI by SomeRandomGuy and Aztec. I closed down Sapien and Windows Media Player to go look for the actr and actr_varient file and got it. I tryed to get back on to Sapien the same way (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\test\tutorial\tutorial.scenerio) yet, it just calls me bad! Open Sapien first then open your scenario file.

It wont let me open Sapien first I have to open it with somthing.

I know but i meant dont click on the file to open it, go to ur CE folder open Sapien then navigate to your file.
