Scenery help

Ok i downloaded halo 2 ce scenery (from here http://www.halo2ce.epgservers.com/downloads/) I need to know how to get them into the scenery folder to place them on a map.

Heres what ive done so far. I have extracted the map scenario (bloodgulch) went into directory of the tags\level\test\bloodgulch and placed all the scenery files that i downloaded into the scenery folder. then I re-built the map, then extracted the scenario from the newly rebuilt map (hoping that the scenery tags would have injected/imported right so i could place them and it didnt work (did this by guessing) so I need to know how to inject/import scenery into a map so i can place them on a map.
