so you didn't install hek.I think that the HEK installer file is corupted

then you screwed up somethin on your comp.Maybe you drive is protected it sometimes happen that people can't execute .exe files anynmore(thats a common problem)

i would say delete everything in halo custom edition and re download hek then try to install again.

i got the second error before, but cant remember how i fixed it. It wasnt anything major though. I think i just clicked cancel and reinstalled it.
