What the hell HEK?

HEK is being a bitch and won't install

this is the error i get when i try to install (happened each of the 3 times i've reformatted....and no, i didn't reformat for this reason...more serious reasons...)
"Setup was unable to find (or could not read) the language specific setup resource dll, unable to continue. Please reboot and try again."
and believe me, i've tried that multiple times...even tried it in safe mode. and it can't be a corrupted setup file, because i've downloaded several ones from several sources.

Whats your OS?

If it's Windows 98, tough luck. First of all, you shouldn't even be using that ancient operating system. Second of all, it doesn't work with the HEK.

i have no idea...and just for the record...i can also run HL2 on this computer O.o
(processor is a whopping 800mhz too)
