trouble running the halo map tool and blitzkrieg

im trying to run the halo map editing tool and i keep getting a message that says"The application failed to initialize properly(0xc00000135)." and im having trouble with blitzkrieg saying it can initialize either,im using 3ds max 7 should that matter at all?

You need to download the 3ds Max 6 version, which works with 7 as well.

that solves that,know to fix the halo map tools problem,do i need to maybe put it in a specific file?

Because you may need to download '.net Framework 1.1'
